On 6th September 2006, Fafo, a Norwegian research institute, announced a comparative survey regarding multinational firms and international law, titled, Commerce, Crime and Conflict: Legal Remedies for Private Sector Liability for Grave Breaches of International Law, in Geneva, Switzerland.
This survey was conducted by practitioners and researchers from 16 countries and a part of Japanese law was written by Human Rights Now.
