Human Rights Now has signed an open letter calling for the immediate release of Adilur Rahman Khan, Secretary of the Odhikar organization and a prominent human rights defender in Bangladesh, who was detained on August 10th, 2013 in connection with his work. 

The letter urges Bangladeshi authorities to release Mr Khan and drop all charges against him, while ending the harassment of the Odhikar organization and other human rights defenders in the country. A copy of the letter is available to read and download in PDF format here.
