Publication: “What is going on in Guantanamo”

Kazuko Ito, the secretary general of HRN contributes the article to a book titled “What is going on in Guantanamo” published  by the Amnesty International.
In the article, she explained the legal battle on Guantanamo human rights problem at US federal court and the US Congress, based on her experience as an international legal worker at NY based Center for Constitutional Rights.
