In April 3 2012, the Office of the Prosecutor (OTP) of the International Criminal Court (ICC) announced that the OTP decided not to begin investigation over cases regarding the suspected commission of grave war crimes and possible crimes against humanity in the context of Israel from December 2008 to January 2009. HRN expresses its extreme disappointment and deep concern on the OPT’s announcement on the situation in Gaza and publish the statement in this regard.
