チャリティウォーク＆ラン1日の流れ　Flow of the Charity Walk and Run

1.受付開始

日比谷公園に集合！ボランティアスタッフが受付で、 Tシャツとゼッケンをお渡ししていま～す。みなさん早速準備中。
1. Reception The meeting point is Hibiya Park! The volunteer staff will be at the reception desk handing out t-shirts and participant numbers for preparation.

2.開会式、準備体操

ウォーク＆ラン、それぞれ分かれての開会式です。みんなで準備体操！
2. Opening Ceremony, Warm-up exercises
You will be separated into two groups (walk and run) to complete your warm-up exercises. サンプル画像

3.ウォークスタート

日比谷公園から、桜田門へ移動し、グループに分かれて5kmウォークスタート！みんないってらっしゃい！
3. Walk Start
We will go from Hibiya Park to Sakuradamon, where we will be divided into groups, then the 5km walk begins! サンプル画像

4.ランスタート

10kmラン、５kmラン、それぞれスタートです。

5.ウォーク中

ウォークは説明を聞きながら、皇居の中をまわっていきます。
5. During the Walk
Walkers will be able to listen to a guide while going through the Imperial Palace. サンプル画像

6.ラン

皇居周縁をラン！５kmランは1周、10kmランは2周です。

6. Run
Runners will go around the Imperial Palace. That’s one lap for 5km runners and two laps for 10km runners.ラン

8．ゴール

桜田門を抜けたらゴール！

９．ゴール

ゴールテープは全員がきれます。

10．参加賞

日比谷公園に戻り、参加賞のドリンクとプレゼントを受け取ります。

10. Participant Prize
Upon returning to Hibiya Park, participants will receive a drink and prize.*Participants received Oh My Pasta, Calorie Mate, M&Ms, and many other treats.参加賞
