The Road to Guantanamo, is a British 2006 documentary movie directed by Michael Winterbottom about the incarceration of three British detainees (the ‘Tipton Three’) at a detainment camp in Guant\u00e1namo Bay Naval Base, Cuba.
\nThe film documents the personal accounts of Ruhal Ahmed, Asif Iqbal and Shafiq Rasul (the ‘Tipton Three’); three young British men who are transferred and detained at Guantanamo detention center. In January 2007, Human Rights Now, together with Amnesty International Japan, co-hosted a film show and symposium with Mr. Ruhal Ahmed, Mr. Asif Iqbal and human rights scholars and journalists to discuss the human rights violations caused by the US led ” war on terror”.
