HRN has joined eight other human rights groups in a joint statement on the arbitrary detention and unfair process of determining crimes of\u00a0 “subversion of state power” against Cheng Yuan and Wu Gejianxiong. They are members of\u00a0 “Changsha Funeng,” a Chinese NGO which works to oppose discrimination and defend the rights of socially vulnerable populations, including people infected with HIV\/AIDS and hepatitis, people with physical disabilities, etc.<\/p>\n
