In order to ensure its effectiveness, legislation is being promoted in each country, and the movement is particularly remarkable in Europe. Currently, environmental and human rights due diligence legislation at the EU level is being discussed, and the law was recently passed in Germany as well.<\/p>\n<p>In this webinar, we will learn about Japan\u2019s national action plan (NAP) released last October and the work of current Japanese companies, in addition to learning about France and Germany\u2019s legal system and practice.
