In this regard, Human Rights Now (HRN) reiterates the importance of victims&#8217; roles and their rights throughout the entire process of conducting the ECCC.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"margin: 0.0px 0.0px 0.0px 0.0px; font: 12.0px 'Times New Roman';\">\n<p><span style=\"font-family: Arial, sans-serif;\"><span>On November 3rd, 2006, the Rules Committee released the Draft Internal Rules.
