As a friend and fellow Asian constituency, Japanese civil society is very concerned about the fact that a substantial number of Filipinos have been targeted in extrajudicial killings and enforced disappearances.&nbsp;<\/span><\/font><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: left; \"><font class=\"Apple-style-span\" color=\"#000000\" size=\"4\"><span class=\"Apple-style-span\" style=\"font-size: 16px; \"><br \/><\/span><\/font><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: left; \"><font class=\"Apple-style-span\" color=\"#000000\" size=\"4\"><span class=\"Apple-style-span\" style=\"font-size: 16px; \">Human Rights Now held a press conference in the Philippines on 21st April 2007, and recommended the Philippine government to stop killing as well as the Japanese government &nbsp;to its aids for the Philippines government until the end of the systematic killings.
