The United Nations Special Rapporteur on the Right to Health, Mr. Anand Grover, held a press conference on November 26th. During the conference he made a detailed statement regarding his visit to Japan and outlined his key concerns regarding the Japanese authorities response to the nuclear disaster at the Daiichi nuclear power plant in Fukushima, March 2011.<\/p>\n

The conference was held prior to the submission of the full report which is due to be presented to the Human Rights Council, in June 2013. The full statement is available to read online here<\/a>.
