HRN makes oral intervention on the issue of military sexual slavery.

Human Rights Now made an oral intervention during the interactive dialogue of the clustered ID with the United Nation’s Special Rapporteur on truth, justice, reparation and non recurrence and the Special Rapporteur on contemporary forms of slavery.

HRN urged the Japanese government to take full responsibility for past crimes against women during WWII. HRN also criticized the current tendency of the Japanese government to negate its responsibility for the past.
